The Net - The Law - Spammer Whacked The Register reports in "Florida spammer fined $11bn" that a small Iowa Internet Service Provider (ISP) has been awarded a judgment of $11 billion dollars against spammer James McCalla based on claims that he sent over 280 million spam messages with fraudulent return addresses pointing to the ISP.
