The BBC reports that Vodafone is launching a back-to-basic mobil phone that is stripped down, offering simplicity in response to demand from older consumers that don't want all the bells and whistles. These new phones offer large screen sizes, legible text, and are limited to voice and text without the usually add-ons like cameras, Bluetooth, and the like. The company may offer a phone in the future with a dedicated button for emergency services for older users.
