Bascially it is a way of delivering web content directly from a website to an end-user without the user needing to chase down information from several websites. Its free and easy to do. RSS feeds are then delivered to your inbox. Another product that integrates with Outlook is Newsgator. The folks offering Info Aggregator are kind enough to provide a directory of more than 11,000 feeds from blogs.
